29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Warehouse - On or about February 14, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to potential respiratory hazards in that the employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program for utilizing a Sundstrum SR 200 full face respirator without being medically evaluated for its use, fit tested, or trained in its proper use and cleaning.
