Angel's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1096183, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at Madison Farms Apartments Bethlehem, PA 18020.
