29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jesse Builders, Inc. - On or about February 14, 2017, employees performing framing activities for Apartment Building L, were exposed to fall hazards more than 6 feet above ground level while walking on the top plate of the first floor framework. Jesse Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902342 citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at White Springs at Providence, Lot #40 - #43 Collegeville, PA 19426.
