29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:    (a) On or about February 14, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employee 3M Half-Face respirators with 3M Particulate Filters 2097, P100, that are used during sanding operations in the Body Technicians Work Area, were stored properly to protect them from damage, contamination, dust or damaging chemicals. 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(4): Respirators that failed an inspection or were otherwise found to be defective were not removed from service and discarded or repaired:  (a) On or about February 14, 2017, the employer did not ensure that a 3M Half-Face respirator with 3M particulate Filters 2097, P100, with worn out elastic straps, that is used during sanding operations was removed from service or discarded or repaired in the Body Technicians Work Area. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a) On or about February 14, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for spray finishing and body filler chemicals such as but not limited to Rage Xtreme body filler and Spies Hecker base coats, that may cause respiratory health effects.
