Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system nor were they provided with an alternative fall protection measure meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502. At the jobsite located at 9407 E Woodspring Ct, Wichita, KS: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection system was not utilized.
