The employer could only provide material safety data sheets for chloroform; 2,2-Bis(4-hydroxy-3-methylphenyl)propane; 4,4-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) valeric acid; BAC Resolution Control Standard-tB (containing water, acetone, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, and acetaldehyde); C6-C9 Hydrocarbons Test Mix (containing dichloromethane, hexane, n-octane, and heptane); methanol; Cannabigerol Standard (containing methanol); Estrone; helium; hydrogen; and naphtha. This conditions exposed employees to chemical hazards.
