29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt/harness was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) A Cut Above Siding, at 2979 N. Uinta St., Denver, CO 80238: On and before February 15, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employee working on an aerial lift used a personal fall arrest system while installing siding. Condition exposed this employee to a fall hazard of approximately 15 to 20 feet while using the aerial lift.
