29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative: JOB SITE: 2667 Metro Blvd, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 on or about 2/15/2017, RIVER CITY LITHO, INC. had not established a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections for the Roland 300 D63075 Offenbach, TYP: R305ML 5-Color Printer and Heidelberg-Quik Mester, MODEL: OM-46-2, S/N: 958569 Printer. Workers were exposed to an electrical hazard.
