29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:    In front of residential construction site: On or about February 15, 2017, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when using a live flexible cord, which was not provided with any type of protection, while laying on the pavement crossing the street.
