29 CFR 1910.134(k): 29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide the information on respirators in accordance to Appendix D of the section to employees who wear respirators when not required by this section or by the employer to do so: In the bakery area, the employer did not ensure that employees voluntarily using Precision N95 particulate respirators were provided copy of Appendix D. Employees were potentially exposed to respiratory hazards when performing tasks such as, but not limited to mixer operations.
