29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) West wall of the Deli Area: A "Fellows" relocatable power tap listed for use with low powered loads such as computers, printers, T.V.s, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered loads, such as an Emerson microwave oven. The power tap , also listed to be "relocatable" was found to be secured to a metal cart with plastic band ties, which would require a tool such as a knife or scissors to remove. b) East wall of the Supervisor's Office Area: A "Triplite" relocatable power tap used in the area was listed as "relocatable", but was found to be secured to a wall mounted wire basket with plastic band ties which would require a tool such as a knife or scissors to remove.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4): Outlet devices had an ampere rating less than the load being served. a) West wall of the Deli Area: A "Fellows" relocatable power tap rated to serve 15 amperes had the following items plugged into the device; An Emersion microwave oven 13.5 amps; Airmaster KopyKake 1.3 amps; Epson printer 1 amp; Computer 1.5 amps; a, and a scanner 1.5 amps a total of 18.3 amps. This was above the 15 amp rating.
