The power tap , also listed to be "relocatable" was found to be secured to a metal cart with plastic band ties, which would require a tool such as a knife or scissors to remove.     b) East wall of the Supervisor's Office Area: A "Triplite" relocatable power tap used in the area was listed as "relocatable", but was found to be secured to a wall mounted wire basket with plastic band ties which would require a tool such as a knife or scissors to remove.
