Employees at a residential construction job at 415 W 4th in Hays, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet or more. An employee was applying siding from a work platform positioned on the forks of the GEHL 663  telehandler. Employee were exposed to an eighteen (18) foot fall in that the 5' by 12' work platform was not secured to the mast or forks of the telehandler.
