29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : Employees engaged in daily activities in the stock room were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that plywood is allowed to be stacked directly in front of the electrical panel not maintaining minimum clearances as required.

29 CFR 1910.303(h)(4)(i)(A): On switchboards and control panels exceeding 1.83 m (6.0 ft) in width, the employer did not provide an entrance at each end of the switch board that permits a continuous and unobstructed way of exit travel. Employees engaged in daily activities throughout the facility were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the electrical panels in the back storage room were not provided with a continuous unobstructed exit at each end.
