Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or abut February 16, 2017, an employee was exposed to a 25 foot fall when walking/working from the roof of a commercial building while signaling a crane and the employer did not ensure the employee was protected from a fall. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
