29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or other approved alternative fall protection systems:      (a) Bear Brothers Roofing, LLC @ 795 York Street, Denver, CO 80206:  On or before February 14, 2017, as part of injury/accident prevention responsibilities under its safety program, the controlling/exposing employer did not ensure that each employee working on the 5-in-12 sloped roof, and having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet or more above a lower level, was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees and subcontractors employees were conducting roofing activities without using fall protection systems.  This condition exposed the employees to falling from roof elevations up to 15 feet eave to the ground.
