On or about February 17, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a pneumatic nail gun and portable circular saw did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a.  On or about February 17, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing sheething operations on a  roof nineteen (19') feet seven (7") inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    b.  On or about February 17, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing sheething operations on a  roof ten (10') feet six (6") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.    c.  On or about February 17, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting sheeting operations on a step slope were exposed to falls approximately eight (8') feet height created by the presences of unprotected openings.
