29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3): The boundaries of a Controlled Decking Zone (CDZ) were not designated and clearly marked. The CDZ was not marked by the use of control lines or the equivalent.  At the job site, 140th N. 5th street, Salina Kansas, the employer had not positioned Control Decking Zone (CDZ) boundry warning lines where employees were working on the north side of the roof.  Employees did not have a visual reference line for the a CDZ since the boundry warning lines were not in place.
