29 CFR 1910.95(g)(7)(i): Each employee's annual audiogram was not compared to that employee's baseline audiogram to determine if the audiogram was valid:    (a) Hain Pure Protein Corporation, Plainville Farms, New Oxford, Pennsylvania  - The employer did not compare an employee's current annual audiogram with their baseline audiogram, on or about February 28, 2017.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.    In Appeal settlement Standard changed to below:    29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): Within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared:

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:  (a) Hain Pure Protein Corporation dba Plainville Farms, New Oxford - Employees working in the areas where there was exposure to chemicals, such as but not limited to, Inspexx150 (which contains acetic acid, peroxyacetic acid and hydrogen peroxide), were not provided with training on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals, on or about February 14, 2017.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
