29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii): The employer's training program did not contain the minimum elements required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (g)(2)(vii)(N): a) Establishment Workers exposed to blood or OPIM including but not limited to Emergency Medical Services, Ski Patrol, Housekeeping, Safety, Facilities, General Services and Stewards were not provided training on the contents of 29 CFR 1910.1030, symptoms of bloodborne diseases, an explanation of the employer's Exposure Control Plan, information on the hepatitis B vaccine and information on post exposure evaluation and follow-up. Violation occurred on or about 2/17/17. Mountain Creek Resort, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084338, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/19/16, with respect to a workplace located at 200 U.S. Route 94, Vernon, NJ 07462.
