29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) 740 Loucks road - The employer did not ensure that shelves facing the front and back of the store including but not limited to shelving located on left side section A & B, and the right side section A & B were free of damage. Brake rotors were stocked on damaged shelves and presented a struck by hazard to employees on or before February 17, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
