29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Chiller Room: A relocatable power tap (power strip) was not used in accordance with its' UL listing because it was hung from the wall, used in an industrial environment, and used as a substitute for fixed wiring, as discovered on or about 03/21/2017.  b) Chiller Room: The ASCO solenoid valve was not installed in accordance with its' manufacturer's specifications in that the energized conductors were not protected from damage by conduit and/or other appropriate means, as discovered on or about 03/21/2017.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
