29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw: On or about February 17, 2017, at Lot 11, 5940 Meyers Park, Suwanee, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Makita 5007F circular saw with a piece of wood wedged between the saw blade and blade guard that prevented the blade guard from closing.
