29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): Employer did not post or maintain proper warning signs at locations where the performance of the work could bring a person, tool, or machine into physical or electrical contact with an energized electrical power circuit: a) For the Bealls remodel site, as occurring on or about 02/17/2017, an employee received electrical shock while working with a live circuit installing a flexible power cord/whip into a light fixture. The live circuit/whip was not identified with a warning sign, and it was not apparent that it was live.
