29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4): Guardrail systems installed to meet the requirements of this section did not comply with the provisions listed in subparagraphs (i) through (xv) of this paragraph: a) On or about February 21, 2017 - at the address listed above, employees performing mason work on a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to falls due to unprotected sides and edges (no endrails), thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately twelve (12) feet Three (3) inches. The S2 Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966734, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 08, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Rte. 30 and Cicero Avenue, Matteson, IL. 60443
