On or about February 21, 2017, at the construction site located at 4818 Sea Biscuit Court, Grove City, Ohio, employees were operating nail guns to install roofing shingles without eye protection exposing them to potential eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. On or about February 21, 2017, at the construction site located at 4818 Sea Biscuit Court, Grove City, Ohio, employees were performing roofing work on a new single story residential home with a pitch of approximately 6 in 12 and approximately 10 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
