29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer must ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about February 22th, 2017, at the jobsite located at 1201 NE 45th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334, the mats in the employees area were observed with green mold beneath them.
