29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3)(vii): The employer did not correctly record the number of calendar days of injury or illnesses cases on the OSHA 300 Log which resulted in days away from work or days of job transfer or restriction by capping the number of days at 180 days: a) Fedway Associates Inc. located at 204 E. Park Ave, Mount Laurel, NJ: On or about 2/22/2017 the employer did not enter correctly the following work-related injuries or illness on the OSHA Form 300 or the equivalent for the 2016 calendar year. On 10/13/2016 an employee was injured while stacking cases resulting in day away from work. The employer recorded the number of days away as 79++. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
