When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. A.) On or about February 23, 2017 the employer failed to provide a workroom floor that is maintained in a clean and dry condition. The floor in the chemical room was uneven with several areas with standing water present.
