29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:  a.  Champion Run II Subdivision, 1820 Tonalist Trail, Lot #334, Suwannee, GA (Jobsite) - On or about October 10, 2017, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 01, item 01 issued on March 13, 2017 with an abatement due date of March 17, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a.   Champion Run II Subdivision, 1820 Tonalist Trail, Lot #334, Suwannee, GA 30024 (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while walking and working approximately 19 feet above ground level, completing the roof trusses, on or about 02/22/17.
