Reserve at Old Atlanta, Lot #140, 6430 Waxhaw Place, Suwannee, GA (Jobsite) - An employee was exposed to fall hazard while working on the newly constructed residential home. The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the project and/or the employee making sure the wrap employee were utilizing their fall protection equipment and other protective equipment, on or about February 22, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Reserve at Old Atlanta, Lot #140, 6430 Waxhaw Place, Suwannee, GA (Jobsite)- An employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet, while installing the house wrap, while standing/working from the elevated roof porch and the window ledge, of a new residential two story residential home without the use of fall protection, on or about February 22, 2017.
