Olde Town Grayson Subdivision, Lot 11A, 559 Bishopton Street, Grayson, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were in the process of nailing down the wooden board for framing other framing materials, using a pneumatic air gun, without the use of any eye protection, on or about 02/23/17.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: a. Olde Town Grayson Subdivision, Lot 11A, 559 Bishopton Street, Grayson, GA (Jobsite)- Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 10 feet above ground level on the top of the 2x6 plywood boards, performing framing work, on or about 02/03/17.
