VIP Machining Inc.; maintenance department - On or about 2/23/17, and at times prior thereto, the Craftsman electric bench grinder had a 1/2 inch opening between the work rest and the abrasive wheel on the left side of the grinder. B.) VIP Machining Inc; maintenance department - On or about 2/23/17, and at times prior thereto, the Craftsman electrical bench grinder did not have a work rest installed on the right side of the grinder where an abrasive wheel was being used.
