Arcelormittal Tubular Products Marion Inc. Located in Marion Ohio: On or about February 23, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees performing saw blade and clamp change-outs on the A-Mill saw, were trained to recognize and control hazards created by the jogging of materials through the A-Mill. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards created by steel pipes entering the saw area from the A-Mill.

Located in Marion Ohio: On or about February 23, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees performing saw blade and clamp change-outs on the A-Mill saw, locked out the A-Mill prior to performing the work. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards created by steel pipes entering the saw area from the A-Mill.
