29 CFR 1910.26(c): Portable dockboards were not secured by anchoring them in place or using equipment or devices that prevent the dockboard from moving out of a safe position: a) 147 Quigley Blvd, New Castle, DE - On or about February 23, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that hazardous conditions at loading docks 11 and 15 were corrected. Dock plates (dockboards) which were not functioning properly were not taken out of service and continued to be used by employees to enter vehicles.
