29 CFR 1926.760(d)(2): The installation and use of fall arrest system components did not conform to the criteria listed in 1926.502: a) Spring House Village, Building 2, Worksite - on or about February 15, 2017, an employee performing steel erection work, approximately 16 feet above grade, was utilizing fall protection equipment which was rigged in manner where the employee could free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) or contact a lower level. Abatement Note: To achieve safe and compliant use of personal fall arrest equipment, the employer must follow the standards contained in 29 CFR 1926.502(d).
