29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(i): Each employee working less than 6 feet (1.6 m) from the edge of a low slope roof with unprotected sides and edges 4 feet (1.6 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system: a. Site - On or about February 24, 2017, employees were standing at the edge of a roof and pulling boxes of filters with a rope, and the employer failed to ensure that an appropriate fall protection method was provided. Employees were exposed to falls of up to 25 feet.
