29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. a. On the west side roof of the building, three Morgan One Steel employees placing angle iron on the leading edge of the roof were not provided fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 32 feet 9 and 3/4 inches, on or about 2/23/2017.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. At the front of the building, the use of personal fall protection was not enforced while operating a JLG aerial lift, exposing the worker to a 32 feet 9 3/4 inch fall hazard, on or about 2/23/2017. Morgan One Steel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which is contained in OSHA inspection 957340 citation number 1, item 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 3/13/2014. with respect to the workplace located at 3312 Lithia Pincrest Rd. Valrico, FL 33596. .
