29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:(a)(LOCATION)(TYPES OF EQUIPMENT USED)(TYPE OF PLATFORM(S))(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY)     On or about February 21, 2017, on the west side of a newly built commercial building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when installing metal siding from a pallet placed on the forks of a Genie rough terrain forklift, Model GTH-844, without the platform being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:     On or about February 21, 2017, on the west side of a newly built commercial building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when installing metal siding from a pallet placed on the forks of a Genie rough terrain forklift, Model GTH-844, without a fall protection system.
