29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: (a) On or about 02/03/17, at the former Chase Tower (The Metropolitan Mixed Use Redevelopment), located at 1 Chase Square, in Rochester, New York, an employee working in the basket of an articulating boom (JLG Lift), stepped up onto the mid rail and did not maintain two feet on the working platform of the boom basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
