29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A). On or about 02/27/17, at the site of 182-04 Horace Harding Expwy (Eastbound), Fresh Meadows, NY   Employees were working on the ground directly below the area where other employees were working 20-feet above on a scissor lift were exposed to being struck-by tools and stucco materials.  Employees were not wearing protective helmets.   ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

Employees mixing cement and sand were exposed to hazardous substances, such as, but not limited to crystalline silica.   ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
