29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Jobsite: On or about February 24, 2017, two employees were not wearing hard hats while they were working to restore a bowed out three story brick/masonry wall. The employee were working next to this bowed out three story wall either from the ground or from a wooden 2 by 4 scaffold that was about 7 feet in height.
