Location: 129-135 Peddlers Road, Building 26, Branford, CT 06405 The 4 pitch sloped roof with a 20 foot fall distance was not equipped with a fall protection system (guardrail system, safety nets system, personal fall arrest systems or a monitoring system) to prevent fall hazards.
