29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap shall occur only over supports, and shall not be less than 12 inches (30 cm) unless the platforms are nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement.    Location - 15 - 17 Bedford Street, Lexington, MA:  On or about February 27, 2017, employees were working from a pump jack scaffold in which the working platform did not extend over its support at least 12 inches.

Location - 15 - 17 Bedford Street, Lexington, MA: On or about February 27, 2017, employees were working accessing and egressing from a pump jack scaffold by walking from the scaffold platform to a roof that was 38 inches away.
