Establishment - On or about February 28, 2017, Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including trans spray detergent, a caustic material,  while working on vehicles. The employer did not have Safety Data Sheets for the chemicals that were used on site including part detergent and Safety Kleen solvent.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a. Shop Area, Transmission Assembly - On or about February 28, 2017, Employees are exposed to Trans-Spray detergent while using and maintaining parts washer. This parts washer solution is corrosive, and an eye wash was not available in the immediate area for emergency use.
