29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring, motors, and other equipment outside of but within twenty (20) feet of any spray area, and not separated there from by partitions, produced sparks under normal operating conditions and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations: a) Garage - On or about March 1, 2017, Employees were exposed to fire and burn hazards during spray painting operations where there was no ventilation system. The spray area had exposed wiring, fixtures and light fixtures which were 24" from the paint area and was not of the explosion proof type Class I, Division 2 type nor separated by a partition.
