29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Scott's Tree and Stump Removal / 1444 West 40th Street, Erie, PA: On or about February 28, 2017 employees were not protected from overhead hazards by a hard hat. A crane at the job site was moving logs into the back of a truck. The employees on the ground and in the back of the truck were not wearing hard hats.
