29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(3)(i): High-speed abrasive disc saws were not equipped with point of cut ventilator or enclosures with HEPA filtered exhaust air:  a)     On or about xxxx, the controlling and exposing employer, Paramount Services, LLC d/b/a Paramount Environmental Services, did not ensure a high-speed disc saw, used by employees who were required to cut asbestos containing drywall, was equipped with a ventilator or enclosures so as to filter dust and cut material through a HEPA filtration system.
