29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) On or about February, 28, 2017, during the process of laying roof sheathing, located at 1921 Riverside Dr., Green Bay, WI 54301, the employer failed to ensure that employees used a fall protection system when exposed to falls greater than 25 feet to the ground floor when working on a three story apartment townhome with a high slope roof.      b)  On or about February, 28, 2017, during the process of laying floor sheathing, located at 1921 Riverside Dr., Green Bay, WI 54301, the employer failed to ensure that employees used fall protection when exposed to falls greater than 8 feet from the 2nd floor to the ground floor when working on around an open stairwell.      c)  On or about February, 28, 2017, during the process of laying floor sheathing, located at 1921 Riverside Dr., Green Bay, WI 54301, the employer failed to ensure that employees used fall protection when exposed to falls greater than 8 feet from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor when working around an unprotected edge.
