On or about February 28, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a.  On or about February 28, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, eleven (11) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falling.
