29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1): An inspection of the excavations, the adjacent areas, and protective systems was not made after every rainstorm or other hazard increasing occurrence: a) Worksite, parking lot, 2056 Plank Rd, Plank Road, Carrolltown PA: On or about February 28, 2017, emloyees were kneeling near adjacent areas while work was being done inside of an excavation that was approximately 4 feet in depth with vertical sidewalls. Water from a broken line was accumulating at the bottom of the trench.
